Shipping Terms and Conditions
Standard Delivery - DPD
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 13:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing and shipping
Standard shipping cost: GBP 7
Free standard shipping over: GBP 50
Express Delivery - DPD/ DHL
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express delivery time: 1-2 business day after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost: £10
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Krystal London may be unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of Krystal London until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners.
Krystal London can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
For Krystal Lab and personalised products, premium delivery service is included with their purchase, please note it may take up to 2 weeks before the parcel is shipped, and you are notified via email.
Are Deliveries Climate Friendly
As we have our climate at heart, we compensate the unavoidable greenhouse gas emissions of all deliveries. We do so by supporting a selection of certified and high-quality climate action projects through our selected partners.
Can I Schedule A Delivery
We're not automated for this just yet, we're working on this but if you have a specific date you would like your jewellery by, just rech out on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make adjustments manually. Please note, deliveries may be a day late depending on unavoidable delays with delivery partners.
Can I change My Delivery Address
It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit. You might have the possibility to organize the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you, by utilising our delivery partners’ web portal or app.
Can you ship outside the United Kingdom
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of shipping options including international shipping. You may have additional charges with duties depending on customs regulations.
Where is my parcel
Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel.
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbour.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
n case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact our Customer Care, please have your order number to hand.
