RETURNS

 

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@krystallondon.com detailing your Auth.No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the despatch note found on the outside of the parcel, replace the item in the parcel and send back to us at the address above. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair accessories in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you buy earrings or hair accessories and they arrived damaged please let us know at customerservies@krystallondon.com and we will resolve the matter for you.

 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Krystal London will arrange for an exchange. Decisions made by Krystal London are final.
