This means that you can send us your requirements and we will strive to provide you with the perfect piece of jewellery so that you can feel confident that you'll receive exactly what you were looking for.

To take advantage of this service please click here to send us an e-mail with just a bit of information about the product, style and colours you were looking for. We'll then assess the product and design to make sure we can create it using high quality Swarovski Crystal Elements. We'll stay in touch with you constantly through the process and keep you updated on estimated delivery time. This process can take up to 6 weeks but depending on the design the wait can be much shorter.
